Oakcliff is an 8-acre holiday park laid out in lawns and parkland around an elegant Georgian house complete with a heated outdoor swimming pool and children’s playground.
Set in a prime location in Devon’s premier holiday resort of Dawlish Warren, just 600 yards from the beautiful Blue Flag beach and 500-acre nature reserve. It has been awarded the David Bellamy Gold Award for its environmental qualities and the 4-star ‘Excellent’ Award from the English Tourism Council for our high park standards.
Away from the hustle and bustle, Oakcliff Holiday Park offers more peaceful surroundings, with some suburb views across the estuary. We offer a wide range of first-class accommodation, from our 2 bedroom Sandpiper caravans through to our luxury Acorn and Oakcliff Lodges.
In addition, when staying at Oakcliff, you are more than welcome to use the facilities at our sister park Lady’s Mile.

Firstly, there’s our spacious, attractively landscaped location in one of the most beautiful parts of Devon – less than a mile from a superb stretch of Blue Flag sandy beach, close to a major bird sanctuary and on the edge of the English Riviera. You simply couldn’t be in a better position to explore this ‘glorious’ county, whatever the season.
Since welcoming our first visitors way back in 1958, we have re-invested in new projects every year, until today, we can honestly claim to be not just one, but two of the West Country’s finest holiday parks.
The activities at Lady’s Mile are available to anyone booking at either park.
With a fabulous range of indoor and outdoor sports and leisure facilities you won¹t have to leave the sites to enjoy a holiday full of family fun – come rain or shine.
Come rain or shine, there’s something for everyone at Lady’s Mile. When you’ve had a swim at either of our pools, you could fly a kite with the children or just relax and enjoy a drink in the super “Mile” family bar offering a wide range of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks plus a weekly entertainment programme during the main season with top class entertainers.
