Terms & Conditions

1. By entering, you grant Oakcliff Holiday Park full, perpetual rights to use, edit, and reproduce your submitted photo(s) for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, our website, printed materials, and advertising campaigns.
2. This permission applies whether or not you win the competition, and no credit or payment will be provided for any images used.
3. Submitted images may be cropped, edited, or combined with other media for promotional purposes.
4. The competition closes on 03/11/2025, and one winner will be selected to receive the advertised prize, subject to availability and stated restrictions.
5. Prize valid between November and March (excluding Devon school holidays, Bank Holidays and live music event weekends). Must be claimed within 2 years of the draw.
6. By submitting your entry, you agree to these conditions and confirm that you have read and understood the rules of this competition.
