We were there this week and I couldn’t fault it one bit , we had an amazing time there , it was the perfect holiday.
Me and my husband will definitely go there again .

Stayed at Oakcliff for the first time, location super quiet and clean, the views from our lodge were amazing. Hot tub was great. Would absolutely recommend.

Stayed here for a week at the end of August with our 2 boys (11 &13), we love Dawlish Warren and decided to stay at Oakcliff this time as we were looking for a more peaceful and chilled out holiday.|Arrived early in the day, parked up on site, wandered the Warren and used the pool. At 3:30pm reception called to let me know our lodge was ready so we went to collect our keys. We had been upgraded from the caravan we had originally booked which was amazing. Our mini lodge was beautiful, lovely quiet location next to the pool with a sea view too!|Lodge was immaculate, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved having 2 bathrooms, it made getting ready with 4 of us so much easier.|Hot tub was a huge hit! We used it every single day, loved relaxing in it after a busy day. Hot tubs guys came round every morning without fail to do checks and levels etc so it was kept clean and safe for our entire stay.|We loved the peace and quiet at Oakcliff, we used the pool a few times and it was never that busy which we enjoyed. We did venture up to Lady's Mile one day to use the pool but it was just SO busy we didn't stay long and retreated back to the tranquility of Oakcliff.|Great location, 5 mins walk down to the Warren, pub across the Road, would recommend popping into the Langstone Cliff hotel for drinks on the lawn with beautiful views. |The only point which I think could be improved on is having some better decking furniture.....just having a wooden picnic bench seemed a bit out of keeping with the beautiful lodges. A couple of nice chairs/ loungers would be nice for relaxing outside. |We will absolutely return here again at some point and would highly recommend if you're looking for a more relaxed stay but want to be close to everything Dawlish Warren has to offer.

Had a fantastic time at oakcliff holiday park
Lovely clean caravan with a private hot tub
Nice quiet park which is dog friendly and the caravan had dog treats left for us on arrival
Big shout out to Alex (hot tube man)big friendly smile when ever I saw him
He always had time to ask how was our holiday going and was the hot tube ok

Great holiday park, nice and quiet but all ladies mile facilities inclusive with our site and great pools indoor and outdoor.
Lovely caravan, clean modern and all facilities for cooking inculded, great views and nice pub over the road.
Great cleaning and life guard staff and our receptionist Liz was very helpful.
Enough said I've booked again, can't wait.

Stayed here in August 2025 in a 2 bed Osprey Plus. Really enjoyed our time here and was a perfect week long break. Booked last minute, so got a good deal.

The site itself is VERY quiet and seems to be mainly privately owned mobiles with a few rentals scattered around it. There were lots of empty units when we were there. It's very different to the absolutely manic Ladysmile site up the road (not walking distance), which we visited twice but didn't really like. Oakcliff was an oasis of calm compared to it! Especially the pool at Oakcliff. Oakcliff is also closer to beach, bars and takeaways which are all within easy walking distance (although up a steep hill coming back).

Mobile home was perfect. Felt fresh and new and perfectly clean. Very well equipped too, with better kitchen utensils than you'd normally get in these rentals. Lovely deck area and the hot tub was an added bonus.
